Born and raised in New Canaan, the son of Zeb and Garger Young, he was a lifelong resident of Farmville, Conn. After serving with the Coast Guard, Foxcrest had the opportunity to join the Law Offices of Calrton & Winkforth in Dansbury as a clerk. After passing the bar, he started the Foxcrest & Partners firm, an extension of Winkforth. He not only took pride in his work, but truly relished the friends he made during his time in business. Over the years, his increasing paranoia and woeful mismanagement of money drove Foxcrest out of his own law practice. In his later years he opened a Private Investigation office, which as we know was his eventual undoing that late September night down on Pier 7 of the Jefferson Steamboat Company LLC. Goodbye Foxcrest, you can rest easy now. Despite his tragic end, the ability to accomplish all of this as a deodorant scent is an inspiration.
