NFL | Old Spice Super Bowl LX Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Sweepstakes Timing: The NFL | Old Spice Super Bowl LX Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 10, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

• a. Enter Online for a NFL Merch Prize or the Super Bowl LX Prize: You may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.oldspice.com/OSREWARDS (the “website”) to log in or register to become a member of the Old Spice Clippership Club. After registering or logging in, complete the on-screen registration form including your top choice of an NFL Merch Prize (as listed in Appendix A) to receive one (1) entry into the NFL Merch Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Overall Prize drawing. To earn an entry into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing, complete the portion of the on-screen registration form by providing your Tik Tok or Instagram handle to receive one (1) entry into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Overall Prize drawing. Becoming a member of Clippership Club is free. Terms & Conditions apply. Limit one (1) online entry into the NFL Merch Prize drawing and one (1) online entry into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit two (2) entries into the Overall Prize drawing per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

BONUS ENTRIES INTO THE SUPER BOWL LX PRIZE DRAWING: Once you have entered online at the website, you may earn up to three (3) additional bonus entries into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing only, as described below.

• i. Comment on Instagram/Tik Tok (collectively, “Site”): At the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, @oldspice will post a Sweepstakes Post on Instagram and Tik Tok (each a “Post”). To enter, leave a comment on the Post with what Old Spice scent makes you smell like a football man and tag a friend you would want to go to Super Bowl LX with to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing. You must use the same account you listed at the time of registration on the website to be eligible. Limit two (2) bonus entries by commenting on a Post per person during the Sweepstakes Period. An Instagram account can be opened for free by downloading the Instagram application from the Apple store or Google Play. A Tik Tok account can be opened for free by downloading the Tik Tok application from the Apple store or Google Play.

• ii. Share a Story on Instagram/Tik Tok: At the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, @oldspice will make a Post. To enter, share the Post to your story, tag a friend and use the hashtag #OldSpiceSBLXSweepstakes to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing. You must use the same account you listed at the time of registration on the website to be eligible. Limit one (1) bonus entry by sharing a Post to your story per person during the Sweepstakes Period. An Instagram account can be opened for free by downloading the Instagram application from the Apple store or Google Play. A Tik Tok account can be opened for free by downloading the Tik Tok application from the Apple store or Google Play.

• b. Enter by Email: You may earn a Sweepstakes entry by sending an email to OLDSPICESBSWEEPS@DJA.COM. You must include either NFL Merch Prize or Super Bowl LX Prize in the subject line to specify which drawing you are entering for. The email must include your first and last name, mailing address, month and year of birth and, if you are entering for the NFL Merch Prize pool your top choice of an NFL Merch prize (as listed in Appendix A). Each entry via the email method of entry will also earn you an entry into the Overall Prize random drawing.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 5, 2026 in order to be eligible for the applicable drawings. NFL Merch Prizes are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Entries cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or any of its products, or other people, products or companies or communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor associates. Sponsor reserves the right to monitor and will monitor Entries and delete, if required in its sole discretion. By entering, you acknowledge that your entry may be posted on the Sponsor’s website(s) or other media pages, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall have full right and power to copy, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, use, edit, translate, alter, combine with other material, reuse and adapt any or all portions of the Entries in any way and for any purpose whatsoever, at any time, now or in the future, in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in any manner whatsoever and for any purpose. Entries that are not in accordance with these Official Rules as stated herein or are not received during the Sweepstakes Period will be ineligible. Entries cannot (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than Sponsor owned brand/products; (e) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission (except as specifically requested for the Post); (f) contain materials embodying the names, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; and (g) depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

5. Random Drawings: One (1) Super Bowl LX Prize winner, eighty (80) NFL Merch Prize winners and one (1) Overall Prize winner will be selected in separate random drawings on or about January 6, 2026 from among all eligible entries received for each prize level during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Super Bowl LX Prize drawing, the NFL Merch Prize drawing and the Overall Prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Notification: The potential Overall Prize winner and NFL Merch Prize winners will be notified via email and must respond confirming their eligibility and providing a valid mailing address within three (3) days or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The potential Super Bowl LX Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release and assignment of rights (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the winner. If potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Declaration will be sent via email.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Super Bowl LX Prize (1): Specific details of the prize package, including, without limitation, all travel arrangements (except ground transportation), accommodations, event tickets, flights, and scheduling will be determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion, and are subject to change. One (1) Super Bowl LX Prize to be awarded consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026, in Santa Clara, California (“Trip”). Trip includes round trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home as determined by Sponsor, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (based on standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LX, a $300 Sponsor specified gift card for ground transportation and $7,000 awarded as a check to help defray prize taxes for winner. Travel must be reserved by January 29, 2026 or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The ARV of the Super Bowl LX Prize is $25,850. The actual retail value of the prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure, and any difference in value will not be awarded. In the event the winner lives within a 100-mile radius of Santa Clara, CA, they will receive ground transportation instead of air transportation and the difference in value will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Blackout periods may apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel loyalty points. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (e.g., REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport, passport card, visa, etc.; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older, unless guest is the minor child/charge of winner. Guest or winner, as parent/legal guardian of minor guest, must complete a Release of Publicity and Liability prior to departure. Failure to obtain required travel documents by winner and guest may result in forfeiture of prize. Winner will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in. All expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, transportation, or any other items not specifically described in these Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are solely the responsibility of the winner/guest. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize (or portion thereof, including travel). Winner and guest will be required to follow any applicable government or regional protocols that may be applicable at time of travel. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize may be forfeited with no compensation and seat assignments are Sponsor-specified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner and void prize that appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or gift card will not be replaced by Sponsor. Terms of gift card apply. Sponsor is not responsible and will not provide a refund or compensation if Super Bowl LX is missed, delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. ln the event the winner or guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip and/or eject the winner and guest, in whole or in part, with no further compensation to the winner, as applicable. The prize and each component thereof are awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind except as required by law. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL game/event/exhibition or for cash. Sponsor, Administrator or the NFL Entities (as described below) and/or venue operator reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game or otherwise violates the applicable fan code of conduct. NFL game tickets awarded as the prize may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. All federal, state and local taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise specified in this Section. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize received in the year that prize is awarded. NFL Merch Prize (80): A Sponsor specified NFL merchandise prize based on winner’s preference given at time of entry. All NFL Merch Prizes are listed in Appendix A below. The ARV of each NFL Merch Prize will range from $80 to a maximum of $799. The maximum ARV of all NFL Merch Prizes is $28,932. NFL Merch Prizes are subject to availability at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and winners are not guaranteed their preference given at time of entry. Overall Prize (1): A Sponsor specified Old Spice Swagger product bundle. Bundle includes One (1) Old Spice Red Collection Swagger Scent Invisible Solid Antiperspirant and Deodorant for Men, 2.6 Oz, one (1) Old Spice Hand and Body Lotion, 24/7 Moisturization, Swagger, 16 Oz, one (1) Old Spice Men's Body Wash, Swagger Scent of Confidence, 709 ml (24 fl Oz), one (1) Swagger Dry Spray, one (1) Old Spice Shampoo and Conditioner for Men, Swagger 2in1, Healthier, Fuller, More Moisturized Looking Hair, 21.9 fl Oz and a pair of Old Spice socks. The ARV of the Overall Prize is $40. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize (or portion of prize) will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and in such circumstance, an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal value (as determined solely by Sponsor) will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Warranties and Representations; Release of Liability: You hereby hold the Released Parties, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Tik Tok harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any Entry and you waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, likeness and Entry in connection with the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant/winners/guest agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or component thereof, if applicable, travel or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.

9. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor accepts no liability for printing errors on material(s) distributed for this Sweepstakes nor will any responsibility be taken for lost or late entries or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized on any Site or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the website or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Site account will be deemed to be the entrant. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Proof of entering information via the website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website/Site. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or the Site may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or the Site, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, a notice will be posted at the Site and the random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity to the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Entrant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

10. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Ohio and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Ohio. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Ohio; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

12. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC, One P&G Plaza, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.
